Report Writing 4 credit hours

This four-hour course teaches New Jersey home inspectors how to prepare clear, defensible, standards-based inspection reports. The course focuses on writing reports that properly identify inspected systems and components, describe observed defects, communicate implications, document limitations, and provide appropriate recommendations without exceeding the scope of a home inspection.
