3. Is Cornerstone approved for state licensing and continuing education?
Yes, our courses are approved by many state licensing boards for both initial licensing and continuing education. Check our course details or contact us to confirm approval for your state.

We offer short one-hour webinars.
7. Do you offer certificates?
Yes, we provide certificates of completion for all our approved courses, which can be submitted to your licensing board as proof of continuing education. We also store them for you, in case you loose them.
Certificates for past webinars will be emailed to you within 2-3 days of you submitting your request.

YES, you need to be a member to receive a credit.

11. How do I register for a course?
You will receive an invitation link prior to the webinar. You can also view any of our past webinars for credit.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards.
13. Are there refunds if I can’t attend a course?
Our refund policy varies depending on the course. Please refer to our cancellation policy on the course page or contact us for assistance.

15. Do you provide materials for the courses?
Yes, most courses include downloadable materials, presentations, and resources to help you apply what you learn.
Payment Plans, Credit Packages & Zoom Instructions
Cornerstone Home Inspector Education Center offers several convenient options for home inspectors who need continuing education credits.
$20 Monthly Membership
The $20 per month Cornerstone Membership is designed for inspectors who regularly attend our live webinars.
Your membership includes:

Access to Cornerstone's regularly scheduled live Zoom webinars

No additional $25 live webinar attendance fee
-
No need to RSVP separately for each regular webinar
-
Access to our recorded webinar library
Your membership remains active as long as your monthly payment remains current.
5-Webinar and 10-Webinar Packages
The 5-Webinar Package costs $100 and provides up to 5 continuing education webinars through eligible Cornerstone courses. The 10-Webinar Package costs $150 and provides up to 10 continuing education webinars through eligible Cornerstone courses. Live or recorded.
After purchasing the package:

Select the Cornerstone webinars you would like to attend.

Webinars are deducted from your package as you complete eligible webinar.

You will receive continuing education credit and a certificate for webinars successfully completed.

Your package may be used toward eligible Cornerstone programs live and recorded until all webinars have been used.
*After you have completed a webinar, go to our certificates page and enter the password. The fill out the form, selecting the course you have completed. A certificate will be emailed to you. Email us for the password as it changes monthly.
How to Attend a Cornerstone Zoom Webinar
1. Purchase Your webinar
Purchase your $20 monthly membership, 5-webinar package, 10-webinar package, or individual webinar registration through Cornerstone Home Inspector Education Center (calendar of events).
Be sure to use an email address that you regularly check. This is the email address Cornerstone will use to send webinar information and continuing education documentation.
2. Watch for Your Zoom Information
Prior to the webinar, Cornerstone will provide the information needed to join the Zoom meeting.
The Zoom invitation will contain a Join Zoom Meeting link.
3. Join the Webinar
Approximately 10–15 minutes before the scheduled starting time, open the Zoom invitation and click:

If Zoom asks whether you would like to open the Zoom Workplace application, select Open Zoom.
If you do not already have Zoom installed, follow the on-screen instructions to install the Zoom application or select the available option to join through your web browser.
4. Enter Your Name
When joining the meeting, enter your first and last name.
Please do not use nicknames, company names, phone numbers, or names such as "iPhone" or "Home Inspector."
Your name should match the name Cornerstone has on file so your attendance can be properly documented for continuing education credit.
5. Enter the Meeting
You may initially be placed in the Zoom waiting room. Cornerstone will admit attendees into the webinar shortly before the program begins.
Make sure your computer, tablet, or phone has:

A reliable internet connection

Working speakers or headphones
-
Zoom installed and updated, when possible
6. Attendance and Continuing Education Credit
Participants must meet the attendance and participation requirements established for the course and the applicable state continuing education program.
Remain logged into the webinar for the entire required instructional period.
Leaving the webinar early or failing to complete required attendance verification may prevent Cornerstone from issuing continuing education credit.
7. Certificate of Completion
After all attendance requirements have been verified, Cornerstone Home Inspector Education Center will provide a Certificate of Completion for the approved continuing education course.
Please keep your certificate for your licensing and continuing education records.
