Massachusetts Inspectors
Education Requirement
Massachusetts home inspectors must complete 12 hours of continuing education every two years, including 4 hours on state regulations and standards of practice and 1 hour of ethics, as required by the Board of Registration of Home Inspectors.
Hours - 12
As a condition for renewal of licensure, a home inspector in Massachusetts may only earn credit in person or on a live webinar event.
