Slate and Metal Roofs

In this webinar, home inspectors will learn how to evaluate both slate and metal roofing systems during a home inspection. The course will cover common roof types, installation methods, typical defects, flashing and penetration concerns, fastener and seam issues, signs of leakage or deterioration, and important safety and inspection limitations.
